We like to be hands on and fully involved

Because we are small we can offer a personal and tailored approach to all our projects. We operate locally and nationally and have experience in a diverse set of projects, ranging from housing, alterations, retail fit outs, community and commercial work. We are qualified and registered architects and a practice member of the NZIA. We’ve been operating from our Mount Maunganui offices since 2001.

Every project is different and there is more than one way to get to where you want to go. We aim to provide tailored professional services to suit each individual project and client.

The typical range we provide would cover pre-design and feasibility reports, developing ideas, preparing documents for consents and construction and being involved in observing the building works and administering the construction contract.
